		DIMENSIONS Our skirting boards are available in a wide range of heights, depths and lengths. We also offer custom heights for no extra cost.
		HEIGHT		Our Ogee III skirting board is available in 11 different standard heights ranging from 50mm - 300mm.
		DEPTH		Our Ogee III skirting board is available in 15mm, 18mm and 25mm depths.
		LENGTH		Our Ogee III skirting board is available in 3050mm and 4200mm lengths.

		FINISHES Skirting Express can offer a wide range of finishes on our skirting boards:
		UNPRIMED		No white primer has been applied (i.e. raw MDF). Product will require a primer coat before any finish is applied.
		PRIMED		Two coats of primer is applied during this process with sanding inbetween coats. Product will require a final paint finish.
		GLOSS		Two coats of primer is applied as well as one coat of gloss paint leaving a hard and shiny finish.
		SATIN		Two coats of primer is applied as well as one coat of satin paint leaving a matt/gloss finish.
		EGGSHELL		Two coats of primer is applied as well as one coat of eggshell paint leaving a matt finish.

		REBATED We will machine out a section from the back of your skirting board to accomodate any unslightly cables or pipes. The following sizes are available depending on the depth;

Good finish

Took a while from ordering to deliver hence the 4 stars, but the product is clean cut and the priming top notch. Being made of MDF means it was susceptible to moisture and some minimal warping when waiting for installation, but that is more my fault. The product is great for this price and will order again.
Great skirting boards

Really great looking skirting boards at a fantastic price. Took a little longer to receive them than expected, but we were in no rush so it's didn't pose a problem for us. Will defo order more when we get round to refurbishing more rooms.
Great painted finish

Decided to go for new deeper skirting in our kitchen. Loved the range of profiles on offer and height variations.
The option for different paint finishes was the factor that made us go with Skirting Express - we chose the satin paint finish. Looks good as soon as it's installed but I am going to do a top coat to give a flawless finish as inevitably when you cut it to size you get a very small amount of paint loss. That said the quality is good that there is no real prep work needed prior to painting and the skirting that I have painted in the utility room was very easy to do.
Arrived on working day 8.
